Dr.S.P.BHASKARAN
  • A Qualified Engineer from one of the leading Engineering Institution College of Engineering, Madras University, India, graduated in the year 1976. He is a Master Trainer in the Field of Maintenance and has vast experience in the Cement Plant Machinery selection and project coordinator. He has received various awards, including UDYOG RATTAN AWARD in the year 1991 for ‘PAR EXCELLENCE ENTERPRENUR’.
  • He was conferred with Doctorate in “Engineering Technology” from University of Milano, Milan, a 110 year old Reputed University for his significant contribution in the field of Condition Monitoring & Engineering Technology.

1985

Established Vibcons Condition Monitoring Technology company, the first to introduce Preventive Maintenance methodology in the Cement Industries. M/s. Vibcons Services Private Limited has been established and continuing the services till date in the field of Vibration Analysis, Spectrum Analysis, Dynamic Balancing and Finite Element Analysis for Dynamic study of critical speed and natural frequency nearness.

2000

In the year 2000 commenced the State of Art technology “Static Part Modification” at Process Fans & Cyclones Geometry towards saving energy in Fans. In these 20 years, we have done numerous modifications and achieved substantial savings in the Process Fans. In 2002: An article was released in reducing Energy in Fans in World Cements under the name of M/s. L & T Tadipatri.

Associated with Technology company of revolutionary product of new Tri-axial Vibration Sensor which is state of the art and unique of its kind in Vibration measurement methodology.
